Long story.
Have two CarGos. One came with the tether strap (unattached) in the box.
The other didn't. I called for a new one. They sent it. They accidentally sent TWO.
I go to install. Apparently the later versions have factory installed tether straps on the back......d'oh. It was right there all along..... :o
I call Graco. Mention that they could have suggested this to me and did they want the tethers back. They say sorry about mistake and thanks anyway but they don't want to pay the money to get them back.
So, two unused top tethers for the Graco brand.....do you think I should drop them off at my local seat check station.....would they use them or just throw them?
