Can I use our USA-bought Graco TurboBooster in BC?

We're moving to Canada this summer. Is there any problem with using the Graco Turbo Booster that we bought here?

My son will be five, 45+ pounds.

Technically, yes, there is a problem using your US seat in Canada.

A seat bought in the US is not labeled to be used in Canada. Therefore, it is technically illegal. :(

The good news is that it appears the TB is sold in Canada (http://www.toysrus.ca/family/index.jsp?categoryId=2582972&cp=2582967.2582972). I am not sure why I am saying that is good news (:p), but I am! :)

Be glad it's one Turbo you're having to replace, and not 5 or 6 Britax seats ;) I have about 8 Britax seats for my kids, so if I had to replace them because of a move I'd be looking at $2000!
