We are expecting our first baby this summer so we bought the Ridgeline. I have found the Graco Snug Ride and other carseat Tether hooks are too small to clip on the bar. What should we do?

Hmmm.... this actually was a problem on the Aztek... they had a recall to shave the bars down to meet federal standards of thickness. Do you think it would be possible for you to take pictures for us? Is it really that the bars are too thick, or are the two different bars too far apart and they don't seem to reach? Or is it possible that those aren't actual LATCH bars that you are trying to connect to? (not out of the realm of possibility, I've had honda salesmen be confused about what a tether hook is...and the hook didn't fit on it...)

I have installed several differnt seats in a Ridgeline for families and haven't had any issues with the LATCH bar being to big. I actually installed a Britax Marathon in one this past week with no issue except not being able to rear face tether due to all the plastic covering everything.

Are you talking about the tether, or the lower anchors?

The tether is designed to loop around one bar and then attach down at the bite of the seat for the center position, but that would only be for a FF seat.
