First of all I want to say, I LOVE the girl's pediatrician... but just tonight I got thinking about her and how much she doesn't know about car seat safety.
When I brought my DD in when she was about 4 1/2 I told the Dr that the straps are not fitting around her anymore in her 5 point carseat because of her bulky coat. (omg) and asked for permission to let her use a booster seat. She was only 31 lbs at the time and the Dr was like, oh yeah, definitely put her in a booster! She's just too big for a convertible carseat!
So I did. Now I just can't wait to get in with that Dr again and let her know what I have learned.
