Woooooohooooo!!! Got A Nauti On Hold!!

I'm so excited!!!!!! :D
Of course it took 20 minutes of customer service that didn't nkow what I was talking about..
I called the first time, got put on hold for about 10 minutes, then got disconnected. Getting upset, I called back and got some guy who said "don't worry ma'am, you will NOT be disconnected this time! Sooo... I got put on hold again. ugh. For at least 15 minutes I'm sitting on hold, waiting...waiting... and waiting. Finally I get the same girl that I had the first time around. She said something along the lines of..."I remember a lady calling me last week or so asking me about the same one, but she gave me a file number. I can't give you any information besides that we don't have any on the floor ma'am. If you could give me a file number I could gladly look up when we'll be receiving more." Me thinking to myself... WTH is a file number?? Does she mean the model number???? so I gave her the model number (hoping that's what she needed), and she mericulously found one! I gave her my name and phone number and she said she'd go look for it and give me a call back!! :D

If they don't have it, I'm going to be super upset. But I'm excited now!!!!

Baby Depot... I've also got a coupon from one of my magazines to get 10% off! I asked how long they'd hold it... and he said they can do up to 2 days, but then I said I'd make it either tomorrow, or the day after, and he said if it would be longer to call him and he'd hold it longer! :)

I thought it was Baby Depot. I swear, about 40% of the times, when I call another store for something, they hang up on me!
