Why? Combi Recall Question

Why do I have to register on the site to get the retro fit kit? If they sent me the letter, they know that I have a recalled seat :mad:

I have given the seat to an ex coworker and don't have any of the info (model and serial numbers) so I can not get the kit. That is the dumbest thing ever.

Now I have to call them. Grrrrrr. Too bad I am at work when they are open.

GL, Combi CS sucks in a bad way. I hope they are nice to you--they should since you have a recalled seat. (Mine was a stroller issue, which they did not fix)
