I found a Britax Marathon online @ Traveling tikes. Has anyone ordered from them before? I was just wondering because I can't find anything reguarding them, or their customer service.

Yes, I got my first marathon from them. They have great CS. The MA that I wanted was on sale, and they were out, so she extended the sale price to me on any MA. I think that they are just a smaller shop in CA with a website, so they have really good CS.

Hiya! Yes I have ordered from them. I ordered my Marathon from them the 1st of Feb. I never could get in touch with anyone via the phone though. They were all out of the cover I wanted so they also gave me the sale price on a different cover. I LOVE my Marathon & it was totally worth the wait!

I did forget to mention that the shipping is somethims slow, but I would buy from them again.

I ordered two marathons from them. I ordered over the phone and I was thought the crocodile was on sale but I was mistaken, however they sold it to me at the sale price anyway!!! Both seats arrived in the widow promised.

I would order from them again. They always have good prices on more cover options than any other site I have seen. ETA: Both seats were the current year (2007) when I got them.
