BJCM Questions

I purchased the BJCM after reading a few of your reviews on it. I :love: it! It does everything I wanted it to do. I also got the SK Buggy Buddy from lovinwaves recommendation and the tray.

I took it to the park one day and it was great. I took it to Target the following day and noticed that there was a very very slight shimmy from left to right as I pushed it. Has anyone else experienced this or is it a defect on mine? If I call BJ, do they have good customer service?

My other question is about the recline feature. There is the pull cord on the back of the seat and also a string with a clamp on it. What is the string one for?

Baby Jogger's customer service is the BEST! I had a City Single (now the classic), and there was a slight problem with the front wheel & they replaced the whole stroller, no questions asked. Definitely give them a call.

I think the string thingie is to make the mesh hood tighten up better...?
