I have a 2007 Maxi Cosi Cabrio from the Netherlands, can I sell it in Canada?...I am pretty sure I can't sell it here but I just wanted to make sure :)
I never used it here in a car but I used it clipped on to my stroller (i moved in dec)

Legally any resident of Canada that uses a seat not certified/conformed to CMVSS is using an illegal seat. If you disclose this with the potential buyer and they decide to buy it and use it anyway, I guess it's up to them (and you).

I think it is just easier to bring it back with me when I visit and sell it on ebay or something there..or sell it on ebay slightly before my visit..

In Canada, sellers can be held liable for selling unsafe seats.. However, there's a lot of mobility here and I think you could sell the seat, disclosing that it is a European seat, to someone planning a move to Europe.
