Yay! I just bought DD her new Boulevard and installed it but I'd like some professional FB on the install. I felt pretty comfortable about the main RF LATCH install but really need FB on the tether install. The straps on the tether look twisted to me when attached but I couldn't find any way to straighten them short of unthreading the tether and since I haven't changed anything since I took it out of the box I was hesitent to do anything to it.

The Britax manual wasn't really very helpful to me and my car owners manual had nothing on it (my car is a 2001 Ford Taurus Sedan if that affects anything).

Since my local car seat tech is on vacation until next week I'd like a critique of my install please...really be as harsh as you need to be (except about how dirty my car is LOL)

TIA :)

It looks okay to me as long as there is less than 1" of movement in any direction at the beltpath.

I don't think a slight twist in the tether is that big of a deal. You can usually straigten it without having to unthread it. It looks like the hook got flipped over.

Great! That seat isn't going anywhere I couldn't get it to move more than .25" in any direction. I was amazed at how tight of an install I was able to get...it was impossible to get my SS1 this tight. I LOVE that I can get it so secure.

I thought the same thing at 1st too, but her DD is only a year old according to her signature. She may like to be that relined. It is about the same as the Radian RF recline.

To the OP you can put it more upright if you prefer. There are several threads on how to get a more upright install.
