Harness height adjuster knob on Boulevard

The knob on our Boulevard to adjust the harness height and head restraint no longer works. Has anyone experienced this? It turns, but neither the straps nor the head restraint move. The seat is about two years old so out of warranty. Is there any way to fix it or am I stuck buying a new seat?

I haven't had this problem personally with our Blvds. but I believe others have gotten satisfactory resolution from Britax. I would call Britax at 1-888-4BRITAX and inquire. Despite the age of the seat, they might be very accommodating and agree to replace or repair it for you.
