If I financially qualify for this program and have two cars and was able to get one car seat on borrowed money but not another, would they help me? Both cars are used equally but I'm not physically able to keep switching car seats, especially a Regent, and well my boyfriend, you could teach him everyday for a month and he still wouldn't install right. Not saying he's stupid :) just lazy or careless.

They have an application on their website for families to fill out. All you could do is fill one out and see what happens.
If you are financially struggling I can't see that they would turn you down. If they are financially able to help anyone, they will.
I know they were not accepting anymore applications due to overwhelming # of apps that they have. They may be accepting new ones now, I don't know. Give it a shot and see what happens.
Good luck.

This question needs to be answered by the KDMF since Car-Seat.org isn't affiliated with them although there is the common interest of keeping kids safe. Even if someone here answered your question, the answer should still come from the KDMF. Have you asked them? :)
