Britax marathon tether installation HELP!!!!!

We just purchased two Britax Marathon seats.....we love them!!! I easily installed mine (front facing, latch).....but I have no idea how to install the tether? I have a GMC envoy and it has three areas to attach, but the tether itself seems very confusing.

Any help would be greatful!!!!:confused::confused::confused::confuse d:

If you check your owners manual for your GMC it should have a section on how to install your tether in your specific vehicle. If not I am sure someone else will chime in to help.

The TAs in the Envoy are the triangular cargo hooks nearest the seatback (not near the liftgate). Attach the hook of the V-shaped versa tether on the back of the seat and cinch it tight. It just needs to be taut so that all the slack is out. It helps to pull down on the right side or up on the left (as you're facing it) as you're pulling the tail.

Where to top tether depends on your year model & if you have a 3rd row too.

If you have a 3rd row or your model is the XUT your top tethers will be under the 2nd row seat. All models with just the 2nd row will be the triangle looking cargo hooks right behind the vehicle seat in the cargo area floor.
