i have a few questions. irst i have those non slip mats under my carseats. they are made by munchkin and are very thin. both of my dd's are in britax ma. my 8 month old is rf and my 4yr old is ff (she is past the weight limit for rf). both seats are very tight and actually sink in the seat. i had a car seat tech install them. then i was reading these boards that those mats are unsafe. how unsafe are they something i should remove i mean these seats are super tight i can seat on one and try to wiggle or shift it and nothing happens.
my next question is i need seats for my mothers car for both girls. should i take my oldest daughters ma and put it in my mothers car for my 8 month old and buy two nautilus's. one for my car one for grandma's car. or is there a different seat you recommend. my mother has a mazda6 i think. not sure if the ma would fit rf. is there a smaller seat thats good rf. i also have a evenflo triumph from june 2004 that i use on occasion for a very small 2yr old i watch(she is the size of my 8 month old)she is ff by say of her mother.should i take that seat and use it rf in my mothers car since it has a great recline feature and easy to tighten strap knob on the side. then buy a senera for the girl i watch. any info is great.
my last question is about a car seat toy. i have that linkados dashboard for my 8 month old. how do i attach it so it won't hit her in the face in an accident. i looked at the directions and can't figure it out. she loves it but i don't want ot just lay it on her lap. any help would be great. its made by fisher price and has plastic clips and a velcro loop.
