Does the seatbelt go under the recline bar both times? I know its supposed to before you buckle it but do you put it under before you thread it through too?

I don't remember all the detailed seatbelt install variations without looking at the Regent manual (http://www.britaxusa.com/support/documents/Regent_P263000_R2.pdf). It's kind of dizzying, and it depends on the type of install and type of seatbelt. :) For lap-shoulder belt installs using the long route or short route, or lap-only seatbelt installs using the long route, the seatbelt should be outside of the recline bar. For lap-only seatbelt installs using the short route, the seatbelt should be inside the recline bar.
