Ok, here's my dilema.

I have 1 marathon installed and tethered on the rear center bench position (only position with tether on rear bench), a parkway outboard rear bench and a safeguard seat installed middle passenger side cpt's chair.

Does anyone have any suggestions for NARROW booster that will fit on the passenger side outboard rear bench beside the marathon?? I have tried a Compass and a TB. The compass couldn't even be squeezed down beside the marathon. TB was close but still no go.

Also, wanted to double check that it is ok to have the towel underneath the seats. It is folded in half, so double layer under seats.

I took a couple pic's to help visualize what I need and how I have the seats.

Any suggestions?

Vehicle is 2007 Pontiac Montana SV6 if that helps

What about another Parkway? Maybe an Evenflo Confidence? Not sure if it will work and it will likely work better with a Radian instead of a MA. Here is a thread that might give you some more ideas with what works in 3 across situations (http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=33226).

Are you currently using your Safegaurd

I'm ashamed to admit, yes I am currently using the safeguard seat for my son. I know I know, it's a US seat and I shouldn't be using it in Canada, but it's only a temporary situation while I wait to get him a new seat.

I am switching him over to a Radian but won't have one for a couple more wks. Once I get the Radian I will be putting the Safeguard seat back in the box and storing it the basement. I tried to sell it to a US buyer but had no takers and he just can't use his MA anymore, his torso height is to tall and he's outgrown the harness slots.

What does the evenflo confidence booster look like? I'm not sure I've seen that one.

Can you get/use the Fisher Price Safe Voyage booster there? it's the narrowest on the market.

If the TB was close, the FPSV booster will fit for sure. I have comparison pics here (http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=31355).

Thanks for the pic's.....FPSV is a nice narrow booster. Unfortunately we can't buy that seat here. Not that I've ever seen anyway. But , it looks like it would most definately fit where I need it. Too bad.

I think you have to order it online - or is it not available in Canada at all? (You did say you were in Canada, right?)

What about the Clek?

I don 't think the FPSV is available here at all. I have never see a fisher price seat of any kind sold here.

I never even thought of the Clek. My neighbor has one of those, so I could even try it before I buy it...LOL

See, I'd be lost without you ladies:love:

The Fisher Price seats aren't available in Canada.

The Confidence might work if the MA is sitting up high enough. Not sure but the Evenflo Big Kid booster (http://www.evenflo.com/Homepage/ProductList/tabid/203/navid/1/Default.aspx?productid=7d83160f-bbe6-4bcd-ae50-9e84567b0de4) might fit, I recall that one being quite narrow and can be found at Walmart.

How old is the child you will be using this for? Do you have UAS/LATCH anchors in your 3rd row? You could look into the Clek (http://www.canadiantire.ca/browse/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=84552444329 2444&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=1408474396672691&bmUID=1204141601486) and according to their website you can use the seat unlatched (https://www.magnaclek.com/canada/english/oto/compatibility.aspx) if you don't have UAS/LATCH anchors. I would think the one without the arm rests (Oto (https://www.magnaclek.com/canada/english/oto/index.aspx)) would be your best bet at getting it to fit as it is about 14.5" wide.

The only LATCH anchors for the rear bench are in the center, non outboard. Need the seat for a 7yr old girl I watch before and after school.

My neighbor has the clek with out arm rests so I will give that one a try and see if it works. The evenflo might work too and I do like the high back boosters over the no back.
