The car is obviously moving! That little boy can't be more than 1 1/2 y/o! Very scary! The mom is too worried about making a dang video than making sure her kid is buckled in!

There doesn't look to be any harness straps behind him or maybe they are just dark? :eek: Do you think all she has on him is a lap belt?:thumbsdown: That is sooo sad!!:( I sure hope that she never gets in an accident with that little boy and loses him because he is not properly restrained. That video would be a sad reminder of what could have saved his life!!

The comments state that she was on her way to buy him a new seat that he couldn't escape out of. Yes, I know she should have left him at home and that she should have re-buckled him. But I'll give her some props that she was on her way to fix the problem.
