How to join car-seat swap? Britax Parkway covers wanted

I am wondering how does one join the Car-seat swap board? I am interested in purchasing covers for the Britax Parkway. The Parkway is available online in orange or cinnabar (red) for 59.99 w/ free shipping. Would I come out money ahead if I purchased one of these, and then replaced the cover? How much do the covers usually sell for?
