View Full Version : where's my Britax stuff???

For those of you who ordered extra parts from the Britax website, how long did it take to get it? I ordered on Feb 6 and got an email confirming my order. But I still haven't gotten the stuff, or even an email with shipping information. Is this normal? I desperatly want my cowmoo cover!!!

I ordered a bunch of chest clips. I can't remember exactly how long it took, at least two weeks I think. I was checking the website for updates but one day UPS just delivered it. The website still said it hadn't left the warehouse when I got it.

It takes 6-10 business days usually.

I live 80 miles from Britax and it still took them almost two weeks to get an order (small stuff, not heavy or oversized) to me.

When I ordered off their website it took a little over two weeks. The next time, I called and placed my order and I had it in less than a week.

My harness took 10 days exactly to get to the US orders address, and I think the cover, foam and tether took less than that, right Az?

And then they take an addtional 7 -10 days to get to NZ.

Yes, I think the cover was less than a week and the Foam and tether strap were 6 days. It was fast. I was suprised.

I just got a replacemet FPSVD cover and it was 4 days. BUT when I ordered harness covers it was more like 2 weeks.
