Is head slumping only a concern for little babies (newborn to 6 months) in terms of cutting of the airway. Or does it apply to older babies and toddlers?
Just curious..............

No, once they can pull their head up in their sleep it's not a problem. I guess maybe if they had sleep apnea it may be an issue, but by then it would have been diagnosed and parents would know what to look and listen for.
Nor is it uncomfortable for them. They are far more flexible than we are. My daughter would wake up from sleeping in just the most contorted positions and would never complain. She still doesn't.

Yeah what Wendy said. Dallas sometimes sleeps wierd in his BLVD but he wakes up with no complaints.
