Since I can't reply to THIS (http://www.car-seat.org/forumdisplay.php?f=19), I wanted to clarify that it's the SS1, our infant seat, that only fits in the middle. The Scenera is FF now so she fits fine on the sides. But I know that technically she's safest in the middle since she's FF and the baby will be RF, but the SS1 won't fit on the sides unless the front seats are up all the way. BTW- we've tried out the SS1 behind both seats but DH and I are both taller and it's REALLY hard to have the seats moved up that far, and the driver side is just WAY to cloes when moved up enough for the SS to fit behind it. So it really only fits well in the middle.

You'll need to register in order to reply to a thread. ;)
Do you have the SS1 handle up or down? It will fit better with the handle up.
How old and heavy is your child that's FF in the Scenera? The easy answer would be to RF that child if she is within the Scenera's RF limits, so you don't have to agonize over a FF child outboard. :p
Good, solid installs are more important than the "least protected child in most protected position" theory. So if you can only make it work with the SS1 in the middle, then so be it.
