View Full Version : Radian Install Question
I had to install my Radian in a rental car today and I'm not sure if it is installed properly. The seat is super tightly installed RFing; however, the part of the seat on the bottom front where it says "Radian 65" is not touching the back of the vehicle seat. B/C of the foot on the base I can not get that part of the seat to touch. Does it need to be pushed into the back of the vehicle seat for a proper install?
Thanks!!

Are you able to post a pic?
The recline foot and the base of the radian are on the vehicle seat correct?
Yes they are both on the seat. The only part not touching the seat is the part where my son's legs hang over. Does that make any sense? It seems as though the back of the vehicle seat dips in a bit and so I can't get the Radian to touch it there. I would post a pic but my hard drive is completely full and won't allow any more pics. I need to back up my video and then delete it so I have more space!

It sound like it is ok as long as it it secure with less than 1 inch of movement at the beltpath.
Can the foot go any closer to the seat bight?
Nope, the foot is right up against the seat bight.

Well, then without me looking at it I will say it should be fine as long as there is less than 1 inch of movement at the beltpath.
I am sure someone else will speak up if they feel it is wrong ;)
