GRRR..Twisted Strap on the Regent!

Hi folks,

Any suggestions how to untwist the bottom part of the strap on a Regent??? Grrrrr......

Do you mean the harness? Can you unthread it from the bottom like the Britax convertibles? If so, the harness removes the same way that the buckle does with flipping the metal plate so it's parallel to the webbing (shown in the back of the manual).
