Replacement parts for a Cosco summit?

Where can I find them? I need new straps and crotch buckle.

Is a DOM of 07/23/2003 worth getting replacement parts for? Is it still ok to use it in booster mode?

How do you remove the harness adjuster?

It depends on how much the new pieces cost whether it's worth replacing it (and whether you can afford full replacement at this point). It's still safe to use provided it hasn't been recalled or in a crash. You can still use it as a booster if you decide not to replace the harness. I don't think you can remove the harness adjuster, short of cutting it to remove it permanently.
