Thanks to those who gave me ideas on fitting 3 in a row in 2 door 2002 toyota echo. To work with I had a radian, marathon, and 2 sceneras (and a regent...).

The only way I could find after several hours on several different days were these combinations-

ff scenera, rf marathon, rf radian
rf scenera, ff marathon, ff radian

The marathon and radian had to be going the same direction.

What didn't work was 2 sceneras and a radian. I needed only about 1 or 2 more inches and I'd have had it.

Problem is, I needed the radian ff for ds and the marathon and scenera (or 2 sceneras) rf for 2 babies. So, short of another radian, I'm not going anywhere with all 3 kids!

The mom of the 14 mo old is trying to tell me it's okay if she ff for the little bit she's in my car, but I'm not okay with it. What if something happened? BEtter for me to go stir crazy than have something happen on my watch. :)

Anyway, thanks again!

Glad to hear you got 3 across in your car!

I have a question about the RF Radian, I'm guessing that is behind the passanger so how much room does that leave the person in the front seat? Do you think a Radian would install RF in the middle (not in a 3 across situation)? How hard was it to install the Radian?
