I can't believe what I had to drive behind in traffic today!!

So I'm inching along and I notice that the station wagon in front of me has something strange about it.

Upon further investigation here's what I saw:

2 adults in the front seat

1 adult in the back seat "rocking" an infant carrier carseat next to them

It apperaed to be "installed", but was so loose that they were able to actually rock it!!!!:eek:

yikes!:eek: i would assume that in order to rock it would have had to had been installed without the base, so being loose would be even more dangerous b/c the seatbelt could slip out of the notches
