It's a 1998 model (so will exp in Sept for AU lifespan). It has been converted to AU standards, so has some features the US model didn't have.
Uplaoding now, have to resize but will only load if someone wants to see.

I would like to see it. You probably should have posted this in Coffee Break, so it does not confuse lurkers. Maybe a mod can move it.

No, it's ok, Lisa. That's the fastest way to get our attention, unless you happen to know who is online and PM someone directly.

red knob is to move the foot up and down for ff and rf recline, push it into the seat and it moves into the seat so it reclines for rf.
leave it up, and put the rebound bar back there is a ff semi recline.

I only recline seats to install them not for sleeping and not for children over 25kg (55lb)

and this is the underside of the rebound bar, it has a big "chunk" which would fill the gaps on some seats well.

I actually enjoyed looking at it. I *might* try an install and see what it is like, with thre re-bound bar. It would be so much shorter than the seats I use atm though.
