Hi,
Looking for a high back booster and looks like the Britax Parkway is one of the best and going or already on clearance? Anyone know where I can get my hands on one? I am in BC

As far as I'm aware, the only Britax retailer on the island is TJs, in Victoria. Is this a possibility for you? They do ship if you're not down island very often.

They can be bought at Toys R Us if your store carries them. If not, maybe they would order one in for you.

Getting to Victoria isn't a problem. Any others I should consider before I drive all the way down there though? Britax Parkway looks good....anyone heard of a Compass? Any others?
We drive a 2003 Dodge Caravan and a 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8S. We'd like seats to be compatible with both vehicles. Currently both kids are in Radians.
Thanks
Sarah

The Parkway works well in both vehicles, but visibility will be somewhat more restricted in your car once the headrest is raised up.
As another poster pointed out--TRU is an option. On the west coast, I think we've figured out that it seems to be only Babies R Us stores that carry Britax in stock.. Is there a BRU in Nanaimo now?

The Evenflo Confidence is a nice booster as well. It can usually be found at Toys R Us and Zellers.
Sears now has the Graco AirBooster (http://www.sears.ca/gp/product/B0010YYV8M/sr=1-10/qid=1200198219/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&searsBrand=core&mqnodeid=16342021) available on-line . . . baby days are apparently coming up in the next few weeks :)

The Airbooster is supposed to fit bigger kids really well, so depending on the age/weight/height of the child using the booster, that may or may not be a good option. What is the age/weight/height of the child needing the booster?
We just upgraded from an '03 to an '08 Grand Caravan, but our Parkway fit really well in the '03. I only ever used it in the third row and it actually didn't restrict visibility that much. :)
Do you have time to wait? We are supposed to be getting the new Sunshine Kids Monterey in the next few months and that looks like a fabulous booster. It can also be LATCHed to the vehicle which means you'll never have to remember to re-buckle the booster when it is unoccupied. ;)
