Ds decided to pee too much today, and wet thru his diaper. ((I suppose that is what a BIG sippy cup of juice will do))
I am not going to wash the cover right away, likely this weekend when we don't need to go anywhere. I pressed with a towel really hard to soak up some of the moisture...........it is not too bad now.
Do I HAVE to hang the cover to dry? Has anyone dried theirs on the low or air cycle? I certainly don't want to ruin it!!!

I've never had to wash a Radian cover, but Britax has the same instruction to hang their covers to dry. It takes a good two days with their more plush covers, and if you don't have a spare cover this is a bit unreasonable. You can't be without your carseat for two days while you wait for the cover to dry...
I would be totally comfortable tumbling the Radian cover, as I've done this with my Britax covers and have never had a problem. I would not advise using heat, however...it's hard on the elastic and it could cause covers to shrink.

I've washed my Radian cover several times now, and have been pleased to discover it drip dries overnight (it's Super Cool, maybe that makes a difference.)
However, my guilty secret is I machine wash (gentle cycle.) Spin cycle good!

Thanks!!
I will wash it in the machine, I have a setting for Knits (my old washing with the handwash cycle died on me and we bought a cheap, second hand one). Do you think the knit cycle will be okay? If not, I will hand wash it if I have to.
I can air dry it in the dryer as well....................
It is not the super cool, just the regular, plain jane radian!!

I couldn't say, not knowing your machine and all. Good luck!

I hand wash my covers in the tub or sink but I do run them through the spin cycle in the washing machine (sometimes two times) just to get all the excess water out and then I hang to dry.

I've hand washed two of my Radian covers in the tub with some gentle soap. Then laid flat to dry in the shade it took a good three days to dry but it was nasty humid then.
Don't for get to put the little black knobs in a safe place so they don't get lost.
We bought the Dry Seat to combat any pee acidents after DS peed in his seat during a plane trip.
