Outside width of Recaro Young Sport?

Can someone tell me what the outside base width is? Or at least how it compares to a MA/BV? TIA! :)

well it is base-less, but IIRC the widest point is 18".

Thanks SPB. Do you think it has a larger or smaller footprint than the Como/Signo?

well, if what you mean by the "footprint" is the area that pushes on the vehicle seat cushion, then yes it is probably larger than the como/signo. but the footprint is pretty much as wide as the widest part of the seat, or maybe like 1/2" smaller. on the como/signo, the shell above the base is much wider than the footprint.

yeah, i was thinking that after i posted. i'm wondering about overall space that it takes up on the vehicle seat. as long as it's less than a BV, i'm good
