Have any of you ever purchased a seat from them? I *think* I see a BV for $230...

I bought a Regent from them during the September Britax sale. I was happy with their service but I never needed to do any returns. I'm not sure how they are with that.

We got our regent from them during the Sep sale, and it was here super fast with no problems.

And no one has any problems with them being "smaller" retailers...they may not be, just not well know to me. Any less reliable than say, Target?

I think I bought my stroller there, with no probs. (2 years ago, so not positive, LOL.)
Anyway, I'd PREFER to shop from a smaller retailer than shop at Target. And I never shop Walmart. Mom & Pops, and WAHM's are awesome!

I think there were many posters who ordered from them in September. The biggest issue is that some of the seats were backordered a month or more (although they came with brand new DOMs). I wouldn't expect that to be an issue on the closeouts they have right now.

I absolutely agree about going to mom n pop stores. I just am very paranoid about shopping online for safety items.

There are NO mom n pop stores within ages of here.
If I want something like that, its BRU or online.
I've ordered from them three times, the last being just the other day. I had no problems with my order the first two times, things came as expected when promised (one item was a Roundabout). This last order, since I haven't gotten it yet, I can't say but so far so good.
