Baby R U boxing week sale 25% off includes Britax

Was at my local BRU noticed that the Marathon and Roundabout was included in their 25% Boxing day sale.

Also several other model includes Eddie Bauer and some others but NOT the Apex 65.

The Marathon was $299 and now is $229 but not sure if they are clearing out the older one with 48 lbs limit or not so whoever is buying one please check if you are after the 65 new rating one.

Sure, hope they can get it during the sale and save some money!

Also, do you know if any Canadian customer who bought the Apex 65 got their longer crotch strap yet?

I finally was able to pick one up for $149 with the rain check at their previous sale from BRU but after open the box tonight and found the strap is really short, do you know which number to call to obtain the longer one?

I called mine this morning and they were adamant about Britax carseats being excluded from the sale. Mine has 65 lbs seat, and I wonder now if that's the case of clearing out 48 lbs seat.

The one I went to includes Britax in their boxing week sale is in Richmond Hill near Bayview / Hwy 7, it could be varies from location (according to their flyers) and possible only the old one with 48 lbs limit.

I went to the store today and was able to confirm that the MAs on sale are those of 48 lbs limit and only a handful of stores (in the GTA anyway) do have them. Mine have been all out way back, that's why I never heard to the 25% sale locally and only from this board.

Well, I guess is still a good buy for someone who wants the Britax but doesn't want to spend $300 and wouldn't mind the 48 lbs limit.
