Got the tether installed yea have one more question though

Thanks for all of those who help in this. Installing tether in a 95 honda civic 2 door. I got the part today found where it installs last night. Went out in the rain put a pin through the hole so I knew where to cut the shelf liner cut it screwed it in. My husband will tighten it when he gets home. Took less then 5 mins to do.
But I have one more question the hook that the tether hooks to spins I can turn it around in a circle is that normal or is it just because its not tight yet. I have the hook facing the front but I can turn it around where it faces the back? Kwim. I can take pics in a few when the rain slows down. I want to make sure its ok.

it's probably just because it's not tightened yet.

It should not move once it is tightened. If it does then something is wrong.

You want the anchor facing towards the front of the vehicle, so if it's spinning when your dh is tightening it, just make sure you put it in the right orientation before the last bit of tightening is done. :thumbsup:
