We have two Fisher Price Safe Voyage seats, one installed RFing in a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the other installed RFing in a 98 Nissan Altima. Both seats are in the center.
I cannot figure out where I can tether the seats in these two older vehicles, and am looking for input. We want to remain RFing as long as possible, and the seats seem to only fit RFing in the center.
Thanks!

You cannot tether the FPSVD rfing. At this time, only SK Radians and Britax convertibles can be tethered rfing. Even though the FPSVD was made by Britax, it has a different base and is not approved to use the rf tether. They are still safe without the tether. All seats must pass testing without it.

The fisher price convertible seats can't be tethered when installed rf'ing. The only convertible seats that can be tethered rf'ing are the Britax convertibles and the Sunshine kids Radian.
The Fisher Price seats are made by Britax, but the manual doesn't instruct parents on rf tethering, a d-ring is not included with the seat, and if you were to call and ask the customer service people you would be told you can't rf tether it. The shell of the fisher price safe voyage deluxe is based on the decathlon shell, but it is different and rf tethering is not allowed or advisable.
Unless a manufacturer specifically provides information on how to tether a rf'ing carseat, it's not allowed. :) Your manual should have information on where to store the top tether when the seat is installed rf'ing. I'm not familiar enough with the seat to know if there's a place to clip it or where the storage area is, but the manual will tell you how to store the top tether when not in use. :)

You only ever tether a seat rf that the manufacturer has approved to be tethered rf. If it isn't in the manual how to tether it rf then you don't tether it. The reason for this is because it isn't tested to be used with a tether rf and could actually do more harm then good.
