I want to post this on your site and receive some assistance:
We have come up with a few safety features which we think will be extremely important in increasing safety of travelling in automobiles.
(1) An automatic release mechanism for seat buckles - with a 45 second time limit. This should help increase emergency workers who are trying to extricate victims of auto accidents. Obviously it will also help decrease fatalities.
(2) A highly inproved anti-pinch system for car automatically operated windows. Its a highly improved version of whats available in the market now and much, much more compact.
(3) A tracking device which has a fantastic range of applications, from anti-theft to high level security operations.

Can somebody direct us to the sites/pages/forums etc where we can take these products so that we can convert them into regular international safety standards and features.

I do not have a clue. You can try NHTSA.gov since they regulate traffic safety and motor vehicle standards.

http://www.sae.org (Society of Automotive Engineers) has lots of forums, an annual convention/conference (http://www.sae.org/congress/) for networking with automotive companies and engineers if you want to explore product feasibility and standards. Good luck.
