I have an 05 Caravan with a bench seat in the middle. I would like to keep my youngest child there in her Cosco Scenera (rear facing of course) but I want to use the LATCH system since the seat belt is a royal pain for my other three to get through when crawling to the back seat. Is that possible with a rear facing seat? where do I put the one on top of the car seat I know how to do it when it is front facing but not rear. I am confused since it isn't directly behind another seat. Thanks all in advance!

You don't use the top tether when the seat is installed rf'ing, only the lower anchors are used.

Your car seat manual will detail how to install the seat with LATCH when rf'ing. Also check your vehicle manual to make sure that there's no special instructions for installing car seats. :)

eta: If you don't have the manual for your carseat, cosco will email you a copy if you provide them with the model # and date of manufacture. The website is www.djgusa.com & you can find contact info there. I believe there's also a form you can fill out to get the manual sent to you. :)
