I got my blvd today!

My (ok, really Kaitlin's) new blvd came today! We ordered park avenue and I didn't think I was going to like it but I do, at least for now! The pics online looked like there was more green in the seat and that's what I didn't like. I installed it and she rode in it tonight. She really seems to like it better than the safeseat, maybe because she sits up more. I do want to say that even though I was careful and not in a hurry the buckle still managed to get under the seatbelt. I didn't notice until I went to put her in the seat and the buckle would not come out from under her! It made it about an inch shorter because it was pointed toward the back of the seat. I wonder if some of the people who don't like the blvd because of the buckle have done this when installing with a seatbelt? I caught on because we had 2 marathons before and I knew that the buckle was pretty much the same so I knew something was wrong. I took it out and figured out what was going on, but if someone isn't familiar with the seat they might not think to look!

Great seat! Congrats!! I know what you mean about yhe buckle thing. I have sone it a couple times on my seats nd had to reinstall :o

I went through a lot to get it in there tight, then didn't even notice it until she was being put in! I really do wonder if a lot of people make that mistake but never realize it. I knew it could happen because it happened once on one of my marathons. It's tight again, but dh didn't like having to take her back in the house in the rain so I could do it the right way!
