What do you think of the Lillebaby Eurotote? (fits into car seats & strollers)

I was wondering what you ladies think of this aftermarket product. I know they aren't recommended by car seat manufacturers and I can't find any safety reviews of this being used in car seats.

It does, however, look like SUCH a great idea!

Looks like a grea idea for strollers, etc, but I'd never put that thing in a car seat. There is no way you could even get the hrness on the baby and in the picture it looks like the baby isn't buckled at all!
