Um yeah..... how about putting in there that they have to be used correctly?!

It's so ridiculous that car seats even have to be specified. If you can't be trusted to do it with a court order then you shouldn't be able to take children in a car. ARG! It just makes me so angry! How can she be so negligent with her own children?

She has been "using" them though anyway. But he needs to make sure she actually buckles them. Saying to use a seat is pretty worthless to some ppl, especially when they think buckeling the chest clip is just fine or having the straps falling of the shoulders. In her opinion she is using seats. Some ppl really think thats all you have to do and the kid will be fine. Anyway she has to have someone with her right? maybe they will do it right:confused:

I read another news article (maybe on CNN.com or MSNBC.com - can't find it now) that the judge said the children may not be transported in a vehicle unless they are properly restrained in properly installed car seats. So he didn't just say she had to "use" cars seats. Yay to the judge!

Yeah but they have to have someone who knows what properly used and properly restrained is. Obviously they do not because the kids are horribly restrained even with the court supervise person....
I thought this was hilarious too. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,307076,00.html

This is sad.
Spears was unclear when Seacrest asked how often she would see the boys.
"That's, like, all in the court," she said. "Stuff like that, my lawyers know all that stuff."
Believe me, if my kids were taken away, I'd know down to the second when I got to see them.

It says here (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/huff-wires/20071030/britney-spears-custody/) that she cannot transport the kids.

Ugh, that's so incredibly sad. Even the meth addicts I know (small town, I know these people from high school :( ) care enough about the kids who were taken away from them to know when they get to see them. That's something that just sticks in your head, if you care about your kids, that is. You don't leave it up to someone else to keep track of when you're supposed to visit your kids. Those poor, poor boys.
