So DH nixed the mia moda since we can't find it anywhere to actually see it,ugh! So now it is between the Chicco c5 and the combi cosmo dx. The only bad review i am finding on the combi is that tall parents kick the back wheels, well that wouldn't be a problem for us. I am only 5'2" and the only others who will be pushing it are Dakota and Kaleb.

The only 2 requirements i HAVE to have is small compact fold(to fit in the floorboard of my impala and still leave the boys foot room) and a footrest that can go straight out(so Cole's feet aren't dangleing).

Also, i :love:the orange(alaska) one , but albeebaby only has the blue(sydney), so if i go with albeebaby(which i have ordered from before) i will have to get the blue. Babyage has the orange one for about the same price, but i've never ordered from them. I've heard some people had trouble with them, but that was on car seats. Does anyone have any experience with them on anything other than carseats? Are they a good place to order from.

Saffron Volo? Cheap at Albee, and I always put mine on the floorboard. (I really don't love my Combi... too hard to fold in a jiffy... chicco seems so flimsy, larger wheels, won't fit as small...)

Oh, right, leg support... combi has that??? my dd's so much more comfy in the volo...

Ok, I feel like a big meanie blowing down your choices... ;)

I had a chicco c5 for awhile as well as a combi (city savvy I think) I also have a Maclaren Volo (2 actually) which is my favorite stroller, but not great if you need something that reclines. I am guessing a Maclaren triumph or Ouest is out of your budget? Or do they not have enough leg support? Anyway, I was happy with the C5, It foled fairly small and I didn't find it flimsy at all. It was easy to steer (not quite as easy as the Maclaren) but easier than the Combi. Also the Combi baskets are tiny. I mean I don't carry much with me at all and I have a small diaper bag I put over the stroller handles, but it is even hard stuffing in a sweatshirt for me and 2 kids, let alone dh...

Anyway, I hope that helps some!

I've played with the combi ones at the store before and they just seem so tiny. Honestly, to me they seem like doll strollers and I'm not a tall person by any stretch of the imagination (5'3"). I can't imagine a child much over 2 fitting in one and being able to push it because it seems so flimsy.

You big meanie,LOL!!!

I have a chicco caddy and i love it except for it doesn't have a foot rest. It folds up small enough to fit in the floorboard. Which ever stroller i get will stay in the trunk unless i have to put moms wheelchair in there, if its just her walker the stroller can stay unless i have groceries.

I like the volo, but no recline or footrest :(

I had a combi with Dakota, but i sold it to a friend of mine because the handle was adjustable and it adjusted low enough for her(she's like 4'5"), so i didn't remember how good (or bad) of a stroller it was. The combi is out anyway now, since i realized it has no footrest.

My dream stroller is a mac quest or techno but yeah way out of budget( i only have $100) and the cheapest i've found is $180 :(

Thats another complaint i keep hearing. For that reason and no footrest, any combi is out.

Don't let it bum you out too much. The Techno is a great stroller but it is not small, it would take up a good deal of room on the floor of the car. I think it's at least as big if not bigger than the Peg P3 when folded - but I sold my Techno last year so I can't do an exact comparison.

However, the Quest certainly fits all your needs, and is an excellent small stroller. (I recently replaced my Volo for a Quest). IMO it's better than the Chicco and for sure better than the Combi. Albee baby has '06 models on sale, the blue fleur is only $129.99. Just a bit over your budget, but maybe not too much to be a dealbreaker.

Just thought I'd let you know.

Thank you! But unfortunately it is overbudget. I am using insurance money to pay for it right now, and $100 is all i can replace by the time the insurance is due.

I have the Chicco C5. It's light, it's compact, it's easy to steer, and it's inexpensive. I love it, and so does my DD!

Whoops! Okay, I was thinking of the Chicco C6 not the C5, so scratch that, LOL...
