I have a 2002 toyota sienna minivan. The middle row is a bench. On the bench the seat behind the driver has a UAS and an anchor on the floor to tether to. the seat behind the passenger does not have either. We can use the seatbelt instead of the UAS, but I don't have anywhere to tether it to. We asked at the dealership and they said they can't add an anchor on the floor because the gas tank is right under the floor.
I have heard that you can tether to the rear row seatbelt somehow, or attach an anchor to the seat itself. Can you help me out please. Also if there is something I need to purchase where can I buy it? I live in Canada, is there somewhere here to buy it? I have family in the USA so I can order something off the internet and get it sent to them if necessary.
