I doubt you have a top tether anchor in that car. You'd have to contact the dealer to see if one can be installed :)

The Radian performs well without the tether, but I can understand wanting to use it. You can likely have top tether anchors retrofitted in your vehicle. Hopefully someone with the LATCH manual will confirm that and give you the part and service bulletin numbers that you can give to your Chevy dealer. You can call them without those numbers, but they can be helpful to have as the service departments are sometimes clueless about these things.

The LATCH manual doesn't list top tether anchor retrofit part numbers for pre-2001 GM models and refers owners to GM dealerships who are supposed to have current part info. Please have the dealer refer to GM Technical Service Bulletin No. 99-09-004 dated Jan. 2000. The GM/Chevy dealer is supposed to retrofit one top tether anchor for free. And whew, your Camaro is a 1995 model. That's good, because the LATCH manual says pre-1993 Camaros cannot be retrofitted.
Hope this helps. :)
