Hello - I need help finding the "perfect" stroller(s) for my almost 4 year old (35 pounds) and 8 month old (24 pounds) boys.

I originally bought the new Graco Quattro Duo, to use with both boys, which I love except that it is WAY TOO HEAVY and hard for me to push and manuver. Next, I bought a used PP Aria Twin from Craig's List - which didn't push or manuver well given the discrepency in their wieghts and also the handlebar was too low for me and I found that my wrists were extremely sore after pushing them a short distance.

I would also like to sell my single Graco Quattro Travel System, as I have used it now with both boys and my second son has outgrown the carseat. I purchased a used Combi off Craig's List (gotta love Craig's List!) and I like everything about it except that my son loves to sit straight up and the Combi's most upright position is slightly reclined, so he's forever slipping down and I am constantly adjusting him.

So, now I am stuck with two single strollers and two double strollers; none of which really work all that well for me.

Is there a stroller that would fit all (most) of my needs? I need something lightweight (preferably under 25 pounds) to act as a single/double stroller. I would also like some amenities, i.e., cupholders/snack trays for kids; coffee holder for me; decent size basket; easy fold; easy push/manuverabilty; shade covers; not $$$, etc.

I'm considering the Joovy Ultralight sit and stand - does anyone have experience with this one? What are the pros and cons?

Any other suggestions? Singles/doubles/sit-and-stands?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!:)

You should really check out the phil and teds sport stroller with the additional doubles seat. This stroller is lightweight, can be a double or a single and has all terrain tires. I think that it is awesome!

I have a Joovy Caboose Ultralight and I LOVE it. It pushes like a dream, even with both kids in. It maneuvers just as well as a single stroller. The sun shade is very large and is able to cover both children. It is so much lighter them my DuoGlider. The parent pocket is very large and it can hold a large soda (a must for me, lol). The only thing I have any complaints (if you can call it that) is that I was expecting it to fold up a little smaller. It does fold up much smaller then my other double, but is still a little big. Other then that it is the perfect stroller for us. My DS loves sitting in the back and has plenty of room. My husband loves it and acctually enjoys pushing it. HTH some. I also saw that lovinwaves had 2 for sale in the sponsors section for $209 I think. Here is a link to some pics I took of it when we 1st got it. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v487/twhiting/Joovy/

PP, I'm soooo jealous! I have the original joovy caboose, but we still love it. It's easy to push, easy to fold, easy to get the kids in/out. Mine has a smaller canopy and no parent holder, but I have a diaper bag with stroller straps, so I just use that as my cupholder. For those really sunny long walks, my older DD just carries her umbrella over her head. Actually, we just got back from a long walk with it, and it was great! The caboose weighs no more that a travel system stroller, and really doesn't take up more room in the trunk, especially with the canopy off. It is slightly longer when folded, but it seems skinnier that the travel systems (hope that makes sense). Anyway, I am in love with the new green ultralight, but I still love my red/black caboose. HTH:)

I guess the second seat on the bottom doesn't appeal to me all that much - it seems as though the child on the bottom would have a very boring view of his sibling's back. What has been your experience? I will definately check it out though - thanks!

Thanks! I have a few friends with the Caboose and they also like it. I actually tried one a few weeks ago - the light version and although I liked it, it seemed like my boys were both a bit squished. My oldest is quite tall for his age and my younger one is both big and tall - it just seemed as though there was not much "growing" room. But, it's not off the list. I saw a FP Rde and Stand today and talked with the Mom who really loved it. Any knowledge or experience with that one?
