Where to go to get car seat inspected?

I went to the http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/injury/childps/contacts/ and called all the local stations and no one does them anymore. I was referred to call the local precincts and there is NO ONE to inspect this installation (one precinct had an officer that did inspections but he's on medical leave).

Any suggestions?
