Children Sleeping?

Was wondering about my 10 year old sleeping in the car. No matter what car were in, on a long trip he falls asleep. His neck is always sideways and falling in an uncomfortable position.
Is their some sort of product for children sleeping to keep them upright? I know a regular pillow is a no- no.

I like to use a u-shaped pillow. Ebags.com has some (http://tinyurl.com/4v9qe). The important things are to keep the seatbelt positioned properly and to avoid leaning on the door if possible.
