2001 Pontiac Bonneville seat belts?

They are a 3 point reel?

A mom on another board said she can't get them to lock and has been using Mighty Tites to tighten the seatbelts. She said she's had her seats inspected by a certified tech and they said all was okay.:(

Anyone know how these seat belts work?

One of the cars in my Tech course was a Pontiac Bonneville. I'm not certain of the year, but probably around then. It had locking latchplates. I'm 100% certain on that because it was one of the vehicles used in a practical exam.

edit: hopefully someone with the LATCH manual will be able to tell you for sure on her exact model year, but I think locking latchplates are common in that era of GM vehicles.
