Can anyone list information regarding pending legislation for improving child passenger safety in varying states along with the contact information so that we can write in to support better laws to protect all children?

I just got fulltime use of the legal research site through my school [I'm studying law] & wouldn't mind looking up the pending bill numbers for others if anyone wants to write in to their local assembly/senate to improve their state's child passenger safety laws :) The individuals could then use their state government's websites to look up the wording & contact information -- finding those sites aren't difficult with Google!
