I would try contacting Britax. They are the ones who made (make?) them. It's a modified Britax shell for sure, but the cover may be 3rd party.

Both of my FPSVD's were manufactured in North Carolina. OR at least that's what the stickers tell me.

ETA: The cover, iirc, was made in Asia, but I can't remember which country right now.
