My 5 1/2 year old uses a backless booster seat. A few weeks ago I saw on the internet a product that has two pillows that hang down on either side of a child's head that are attached by a piece of fabric. This hangs down from the car's headrest and can be used by children and adults. I can no longer find it on the internet. Does anyone know the name of this product-it isn't the Toddler Coddler but similar-the one I saw is all in one.

Is this it? http://www.onestepahead.com/product/33179/68/117.html
If so, it's not the best choice...see how it's holding the shoulderbelt too far out on the child's shoulder?
For almost the same price, you could simply buy a high back booster like a Graco Turbo Booster, Evenflo Big Kid, or Cosco Protek (they can be found on sale as low as $29-$49), that offer headrests and keep the shoulderbelt properly on the child's shoulder at all times.

If that's not what you saw, then never mind...mostly...a highback booster is still a great choice for a sleeping kiddo :)
