Question about harness on Regent

Ok, so when I buckle my son into the Regent, I've noticed that no matter which side I start on, I don't get a distinct click on the first buckle tongue that I use. I only get a good click when I buckle the second one. Does that make sense? Is there a problem with my Regent? Should I call Britax? Or is that just the way that it works?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, this is what is supposed to happen. That was you know, if you don't here that click on the second, that there is a problem. I know, weird, but that is what the rep told me.
